Engine now sucks messages out of the queue, converts them into toasts from the toast table and inserts them. Its ugly but it works.

Add jQuery and Gritter (Growl-like asynchronous notifications). Initial checkin grabs two dummy messages and displays them when any page returned to the browser.

Controller and repository now allow manual creation of messages. Every view of index on controller empties queue, so be careful.
Also, the code here would make a pre-schooler ashamed, so don't look. It needs major refactoring.
